"Till The Last Drop offers curated bar services for every kind of celebration - from luxury packages to small gatherings and mini experiences. No matter the moment, we bring the craft, the flavor, and the feeling - every pour made to match your moment."

1. Connect

Share your event details - date, guest count, location, and vision. We confirm availability and start planning your experience.

2. Design Your Menu

We collaborate on your cocktail and mocktail menu. Choose from our seasonal favorites or request a fully custom lineup.

3. Gather & Prep

You provide the alcohol and ice. We provide the bar, tools, garnishes, and presentation. Optional add-ons available.

4. Celebrate

We arrive early to set up, serve with style, and ensure every pour looks and tastes unforgettable. After the final toast, we handle the teardown.

The Classic Pour

Up to 20 guests | Duration: 3 hours

Perfect For: Small private parties, birthdays, backyard gatherings

Water Station — $2 per guest

A clean, stylish hydration setup with infused or plain water options.

Premium Mixer Package — $5 per guest

Curated juices, syrups, and sodas crafted to pair perfectly with your chosen menu.

Ice Procurement — at cost + $50 service fee

Ice billed at cost using 1.5lbs of ice per guest, plus a $50 fee for sourcing, pickup, hauling, and on-site management.

Custom Signage — at cost + $50 service fee

Acrylic, framed, chalkboard, or specialty signage purchased to match your event’s aesthetic.

Glassware Rental Coordination — rental cost + $25 service fee

We coordinate and style premium glassware rentals to elevate your service beyond plastic.

Premium Garnish Upgrade — $35–$75

Dehydrated fruits, herb bundles, edible flowers, and specialty accents.
(Included in Package 3.)

Staffing & Guest Count Guidelines

Exceptional service starts with the right team. These guidelines ensure fast, consistent, and beautifully presented cocktails for every guest.

Guest Count Capacity

One bartender can serve up to 35 guests comfortably.

  • Events that exceed a package’s included guest count but remain under 35 guests will incur an additional $6 per guest charge.

  • Events over 35 guests require a second bartender to maintain speed, quality, and presentation.

  • For events above 60 guests, a barback or additional support may be recommended.

Craft cocktails take time, attention, and presentation. These guidelines ensure the bar runs smoothly, drinks are served quickly, and every guest enjoys an elevated experience.

Staffing Rates

  • Lead Bartender: $55 per hour

  • Additional Bartender: $35 per hour

  • Barback (optional for large events): $25 per hour

  • All staffing has a 3-hour service minimum and 1 hour of setup and teardown unless otherwise stated.

Mini Packages

Smaller moments deserve great flavor. Perfect for intimate gatherings, gifting, or weekday celebrations.

Welcome Cocktail Hour

A focused 1-hour service for pre-event mingling.

Perfect For: Pre-dinner gatherings, ceremony transitions.

Bartender-Only Service

Professional bartending labor without the full mobile bar setup. Ideal for venues or homes that already have a stocked bar or.

Perfect For: Casual parties, home bars, smaller gatherings.

Does not include freestanding bar, tools, mixers, or ice.

$60/hour (3-hour minimum)
